Terms and condicions

Although we manage our activities safely and prudently, you acknowledge that the nature of the tour is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk.
To ensure the enjoyment of all participants it is essential to avoid attitudes that could offend the rest of the group. Rules, instructions and schedules must be respected.
Respect for the environment and the customs of the places we visit must be observed at all times.
You must provide us with information about any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your tour arrangements so that we can take measures to insure your safety and the safety of the group.
Natura Tours is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items occurred during the tour.
All participants under the age of 18 must provide written authorization from their parent or guardian and must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the tour.
We provide official complaint forms when requested.

Conditions, modification and cancellation of services

Prices are per person and include VAT and everything specified on the booking form.
To confirm the reservation, participants must pay 20% of the total price (as indicated on the booking form) at least 48 hours before the start of the tour via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining 80% will be paid to the guide/driver, in cash, before the beginning of the tour.
With the booking confirmation, the customer will receive all information relating to their booking. Natura Tours assumes that the customer would have read and accepted all terms and conditions before the start of the tour.
By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be responsible for their acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Modification

Outdoor activities are subject to change due to weather conditions. Natura Tours reserves its right to modify or cancel the tour before or on the day of the tour if weather conditions are deemed to be inadequate.
If the modification or cancellation should occur on the the day and before the start of the tour, the customer may choose to change the date or leave an open date for the future.
Any changes of dates, number of participants or change of tour should be reported to the organization at least 48 hours in before the start of the tour.
If the customer wishes to change the date, the number of participants or the tour itself, confirmation will be subject to availability.

Cancellation

Failure to appear on the date and time indicated by the company implies the obligation of the client to pay the total amount of the reservation.
The customer may withdraw from previously contracted services, being entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a reservation, although he will have to pay the following amounts to Natura Tours for management and cancellation costs:

50% if cancellation is reported 3 days/72 hours before the day of activity
70% if cancellation is reported 24 hours before the start of the activity
100% if the cancellation is announced on the same day as the start of the activity

Insurance

Natura Tours has Liability Insurance to cover all customers who hire our services, from the beginning to the end of the tours.
Natura Tours has contracted an insurance policy and accident assistance as required by regulatory decrees in Spain, to cover customers to hire our services.
Full information of conditions and insurance coverage is available to our customers on request.
The price of insurance is included in the price of the tour.
Participants are responsibles for their own actions during the tour.
In case of conflicts, these should be resolved in court. Both parties submit to the the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.

Respect for others, the material and the environment

All participants undertake to respect each other and the environment in which we are carrying out the activities.

Data protection and rights

All participants consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the tour for maketing purposes. The images may be used on the site http://www.naturatours.es, in social network sites and for advertising campaigns of the company.
By booking, the customers provides their data to Natura Tours. This data, in compliance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of December 13, will become part of a file registered in the Spanish Agency of Data Protection. Natura Tours is responsible for this file. Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification and/or cancellation by email to naturatourslb@gmail.com

Acceptance of general conditions

The decision to participate in any of our activities must be based on the understanding of these terms.
Booking or hiring any tour offered by Natura Tours implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. They are considered automatically incorporated into the contract without being part of the same transcript.
